Drinking juices (particularly Green juices) is a great way of getting a lot of vitamins and nutrients in your diet. I would always say it’s best along side a diet rich in fruits and vegetables but sometimes you just don’t feel like eating a whole cucumber in one sitting! It’s also super gentle on your digestive system as all of the fibre has been removed in the juicing process. This Green juice is fresh, healthy and incredibly alkalizing.
1 Cucumber (without the skin)
1 Stick of Celery
1 Cup of Spinach
Ginger (1cm piece peeled)
1/2 Tsp Chorella or Spirulina Powder (optional)
